How do refunds work?

If an order is canceled, ComeUp immediately sends a refund to the payment method used. There is no waiting period. Your money is never withheld.

If you paid via PayPal, the amount you paid, including any fees and tips, will be visible again in your PayPal account after just a few minutes.

If you paid by bank card, we will immediately process the refund request. However, it may take a minimum of two to five working days for your bank to process it and for the funds to be re-credited to your account.
