Can you stay in touch once an order is completed?

Once an order is marked as “completed” and the seller has been paid, you still have seven calendar days to communicate with each other. The whole process is designed so that by the time the order is completed, there is nothing more to be done. We're only humans after all, that's why we decided to give you a few extra days to tie up any loose ends. 

Once the seven days are up, the chat box is closed for good. 

If, as a buyer, something comes up that makes it really necessary for you to contact the seller: you can go to their profile page and click on “Contact” to start a new conversation with them.
