Why is the chat no longer available?
The chat may be temporarily or permanently inaccessible.
Here are the possible scenarios:
1. You or your seller has left the conversation
The messaging thread remains active and allows you to chat with your seller if needed.
⚠️ If you leave the conversation, you won’t be able to contact them again in this thread.
However, you can still message them by clicking “Start a new conversation” from the messaging options.
2. The order is in dispute
When a dispute is open, the order chat is frozen.
👉 All communication must go through the dispute messaging system, accessible directly from the order.
The regular chat will remain unavailable until the dispute is resolved.
3. The order is delivered
When the seller delivers the order, its status changes to "Delivered". At that point, the chat is temporarily closed for the buyer.
Why?
To allow you to make a clear decision regarding the delivery:
- Either accept the order (and optionally leave a review),
- Or request a revision if the delivery doesn’t meet your expectations.
💬 As soon as you take action, the chat will automatically reopen so you can resume communication with the seller.
