Why is the chat no longer available?

The chat may be temporarily or permanently inaccessible, depending on the order status. Here are the possible scenarios:

1. The order is completed

When an order is marked as "Completed", the chat remains accessible for 7 days. This allows you to ask one last question or wrap things up with your seller.

After this period, the chat is automatically closed, and you will no longer be able to exchange messages via that order.

Why this rule? A completed order means everything should be finalized.

➡ If you need to contact the seller after the chat is closed, go to the service you ordered and click "Contact seller" to start a new conversation or contact the seller directly from their profile.

2. The order is in dispute

When a dispute is open, the order chat is frozen.

👉 All communication must go through the dispute messaging system, accessible directly from the order.

The regular chat will remain unavailable until the dispute is resolved.

3. The order is delivered

When the seller delivers the order, its status changes to "Delivered". At that point, the chat is temporarily closed for the buyer.

Why?

To allow you to make a clear decision regarding the delivery:

  • Either accept the order (and optionally leave a review),
  • Or request a revision if the delivery doesn’t meet your expectations.

💬 As soon as you take action, the chat will automatically reopen so you can resume communication with the seller.
