What should I do if my order is late?
If the delivery deadline defined by your seller is expired, and you still haven't received your order, you can request a cancelation. It will be granted automatically, and you will receive a full refund for the order.
Before canceling, try reaching out to the seller via the chat box to ask why they are late. It could be just a slight temporary delay, and they are about to deliver your order. If they don't reply within 48 hours, requesting a cancelation is then probably your best option.
