How can I adjust an order's delivery time?

Several time limits apply to an order to ensure it runs smoothly:

  • Confirmation deadline: this is the time you have to provide the seller with all the required elements (your complete instructions). By default, it is 48 hours.

    If this delay is too short, you can ask the seller to extend it so you have enough time to prepare clear instructions and avoid misunderstandings.

  • Delivery time: this is the time set by the seller to complete and deliver the order.
  • Verification deadline: once the order has been delivered, you have 7 days to review the work. During this period, you can request a revision or complete the order if everything is compliant.

Requesting a delay adjustment

You can request an increase to any of these delays (validation, delivery, or review) at any time.

To do so:

  1. Click “More options” in your order tracking.
  2. Select “Increase the delay”.
  3. Choose the additional time you want.

Your request will appear directly in the order chat. The seller must approve it for the change to be applied.

💡 Good to know: The seller can also propose a delay increase themselves. You can then accept or decline the request with a single click.
