Buyer order process: Order expired
Your order appears as "expired" because the maximum duration of an order cannot exceed 5 months, including revisions.
📌 Why does this limit exist?
- Our banking partners impose a maximum duration for transactions.
- After 5 months from the payment date, regardless of the order status (except for disputes), it will automatically expire.
📌 Once an order expires
- The total sum paid is removed from the escrow account and transferred to ComeUp.
- A payment invoice is generated confirming the transaction.
- The collaboration with the seller ends. It's no longer possible to keep working on that order.
Nonetheless, you can write to us so we can find the best solution to your problem together, like getting a purchase coupon or continuing to work with the seller.
