🎉 It's the last step in the order process. The order is now closed!

📌 What happens after the order is closed?

  • The money placed in an escrow account is transferred to the seller. They have been paid.
  • The messaging thread remains active and allows you to chat with the buyer if needed. If you wish, you can leave the conversation from the options so you won’t be contacted again in this thread.
  • If you haven't left a review, you can leave one for six months after the order is closed.
  • If you want to work again with the seller, you will need to place a new order via a service or a custom offer they will make for you.

I was not available, and the order was closed automatically. What can I do?

When an order is delivered, you have 7 days to close the order or request a revision. After those 7 days and multiple email and notification follow-ups, it will be closed automatically.

  • If the chat is still open, take advantage of it to discuss with the seller if necessary, especially if you only need a minor revision that can be done quickly.
  • If the chat is closed and the order is not correct at all, go through the seller's profile to contact them again.
  • If the seller does not answer or you're unable to connect with them, contact our support team.

I closed the order too quickly, and I still have feedback for the seller. What can I do?

Once the order is closed, it cannot be modified or reopened. You can no longer ask for a refund or make a claim.

  • If the chat is no longer accessible and the order is not correct at all, you can contact the seller again from their profile, or click “Start a new conversation” in the messaging options.

How can I get a refund for my order?

Once the order is closed, it can no longer be refunded.
