My additional document was refused, why?
To obtain your seller level as a registered professional, you must provide documents related to your company. If your documents are refused, here is the error message that will appear:
The document(s) you uploaded for your company are not accepted or don't comply with our requirements.
If you only have this message, it indicates that your identity document is in compliance with our security checks and that it is the documents related to your company/company that are not correct.
The two most common errors are:
- Document 1: The proof of registration you provided is over 3 months old.
- Document 2 (for companies only): Your articles of association are not signed.
For French and Belgian sellers, it is possible to edit documents related to your activity on the current date, here are some useful links:

- To provide a complete document, you need to take a screenshot of your company's data via the ECB website. Be careful, the screenshot must take into account the entire page and the date must appear at the bottom of the page.
To provide an official document less than 3 months old from another country, we advise you to contact your local administration.
If your document meets all the above criteria and is rejected anyway, please contact our support team to find out more.
