Why has my service or an edit not been validated?
Foremost, bear in mind that when you submit a new service or a change that requires moderation, our moderation team in France must verify it. We aim to do it as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours at most, six days a week, although please remember that we do not work at night and on sundays :)
If your service or edit has been refused, you will always receive an email as well as a notification on your Services page. The status of the service will appear as “Refused”. If your service has been “deactivated”, it means that you did not incorporate the changes we requested after several feedbacks from the moderation team. But don’t worry, moderators will always issue at least one warning before deactivating a service.
When you click it, a window will pop up with an explanation as to why the service or edit was refused.
💡 PLEASE NOTE: Don’t forget to address any of the feedback sent by our teams, otherwise your service will still be invalidated. If you make insufficient changes, your service may be deactivated for good, and you will no longer be able to access it.
If you have any doubts at all, we encourage you to read our post entitled “How to write a winning service”.
