Why has my service or an edit not been validated?

When you create a new service or make a significant edit (title, image, description, etc.), it goes through a manual moderation process carried out by our team based in France.

đź•’ We do our best to review submissions quickly (typically within a few hours), Monday through Saturday (excluding nights and Sundays).

📩 How will I be notified if it’s refused?

If your service or update is refused:

  • You’ll always receive an email explaining the reason
  • You’ll also get a notification on the site, visible in your Notification Center
  • The service will appear with the status “Refused”

👉 Clicking on the service will open a window with detailed feedback written by a moderator.

🛠️ What should I do if my service is rejected?

Take time to:

  • Carefully read each point listed in the moderation feedback
  • Fix every issue mentioned. Don’t skip or partially correct them

⚠️ If you resubmit the service without properly addressing all points, it may be rejected again.
