What is a payment/refund receipt?
When you place an order on ComeUp and your payment is approved, you receive a receipt as an attachment to your confirmation email. You can also find it by going to the Purchases > Invoices menu. This document is not an invoice; it is proof of the money spent on your order.
Once an order is completed, you can download new documents that include tax details, bank fees, and legal notices. You can access these documents by going to “Purchases > Invoices”.
When you are partially or fully refunded for an order, you can find the refund receipt in “Purchases > Invoices”.
