What is a payment/refund receipt?


When you place an order or receive a refund, documents are automatically provided to confirm those transactions. Here’s what they are and how they’re used:

📄 Payment receipt

A payment receipt is sent to you as soon as your payment is confirmed. It’s attached to your order confirmation email.

This document is not an official invoice, but it does confirm that your payment has been processed.

🧾 Once the order is completed, you’ll be able to download the full invoice, which includes:

  • A breakdown of VAT (if applicable)
  • Any applicable fees
  • Legal information for both the seller and the platform

👉 All of these documents are available in "Purchases > Invoices."

💸 Refund receipt

If you receive a partial or full refund due to a canceled order or a dispute:
