How to read the dashboard charts?

Since February 11, 2025, ComeUp no longer uses Google Analytics. All tracking is now handled in-house, providing more reliable, more accurate data with no loss.

Why did the numbers change?
Previously, an impression was counted as soon as the page loadedβ€”even if your thumbnail was never actually seen by the visitor.
Now, we only count an "impression" when your service is truly visible on the screen. This system, called True View, gives you a much more realistic picture of how your services are performing.

πŸ‘‰ The result? Fewer impressions, but a higher and more representative click-through rate.

πŸ“¦ Sales and messages

This chart shows:

  • The number of sales over a selected period (either direct orders on a service or custom offers).
  • The number of messages received via your profile or services.

πŸ“Œ Cancelled orders are still counted as "sales", to give you an accurate history of your activity.

If a conversation turns into an order, it will be correctly counted as a sale.

πŸ’° Revenue

  • Revenue generated: Total amount of your orders, even if they were canceled later.
  • Revenue collected: Total from completed orders only.
Example:
A €350 order placed on February 5 and completed on April 4 will appear in:
- Revenue generated β†’ February 5
- Revenue collected β†’ April 4
If a €20 option is added on February 7, the generated revenue goes up to €370 as of February 5.

This allows you to track both the periods where you got the most orders and those where you collected the most money.

πŸ“Έ Impressions

This is the number of times your thumbnails appeared on screen to a visitor.

Large variations can be due to:

  • General site traffic (e.g. fewer visitors on weekends),
  • Seasonal trends (e.g. business services are less in demand in August),
  • Boost from our algorithm (e.g. better visibility with a Plus plan or strong sales performance),
  • Some of your services are disabled.

πŸ–±οΈ Click-through rate (CTR)

This is the ratio between the number of clicks on your thumbnail and the number of impressions.

Example:
- 50 clicks for 1000 impressions = 5%
- 10 clicks for 1000 impressions = 1%

good CTR starts at 2.5%, provided you get at least 100 impressions per day. With lower data volumes, CTR may vary a lot.

Tips to improve it:

  • 🎯 Make your thumbnail irresistible!
  • ⭐ Get a positive first review quickly to build trust.
  • πŸ’° Choose a starting price that’s attractive and aligned with your target.
  • πŸ“ Work on your title, profile photo, and username.
  • πŸ§ͺ Test, test, test! Compare your results weekly.

πŸ” Conversion rate section

πŸ‘€ Number of visits

This is the number of unique visitors who viewed your service.

πŸ’‘ If the same person visits your service three times, it's still counted as 1 visit.

Visits can come from:

  • A click on your thumbnail on ComeUp.
  • An external link (LinkedIn, ads, Google search, etc.).

πŸ›’ Conversion rate

This is the ratio between the number of sales and the number of visits.

Example:
3 sales for 100 visits= 3%

A low conversion rate means people are interested, but not buying. In that case:

  • πŸ“œ Improve or rewrite your description (not too short, not too long, well-formatted with a Plus Premium plan, and without any mistakes.
  • πŸ’Ό Show a clear and coherent price.
  • πŸŽ₯ Add a presentation video or more images in your gallery.
  • πŸ–ΌοΈ Improve your visuals.

πŸ§ͺ As with the CTR, keep testing and comparing over 7-day periods.

🌍 External sources section

This shows visitors who landed on your service from outside ComeUp.

They can come from:

  • Search engines (Google, etc.),
  • Social media,
  • Emails,
  • Partner websites, etc.

πŸ’‘ It's perfect for measuring the impact of your external marketing (e.g. a link shared on LinkedIn or in a newsletter).
