Seller order process: Order expired

The order appears as "expired" on ComeUp because the maximum duration of an order cannot exceed 5 months, including revisions.

📌 Why is there this limit?

  • Our banking partners impose a maximum duration for transactions.
  • After 5 months from the payment date, regardless of the order status (except for disputes), it will automatically expire.

📌 Once an order expires

  • The total sum paid is removed from the escrow account and transferred to ComeUp.
  • The collaboration with the buyer ends. It's no longer possible to keep working on the order.

Nonetheless, you can write to us so we can find the best solution to your problem together, perhaps by issuing a purchase coupon or continuing to work with the seller.
