Seller order process: The delivery

You have declared the order as delivered. This means you have finished your work based on what was agreed upon with your buyer when they placed their order.

📌 The order is not finished yet!

  • Your buyer has 7 days to check the delivered work and make a decision.
  • During this period, the chat will be temporarily blocked: you can no longer message the buyer unless they make a revision request or close the order.

📌 What can your buyer do now?

  • They can close the order if they believe that everything matches what was agreed upon. The money will be transferred from the escrow account to your ComeUp wallet.
  • They can request a revision if they think the work delivered is incomplete or does not match their expectations. In that case, the order will go back to the "in progress" status, and the chat will be reactivated.

It's been several days since I delivered the order, and I don't have any news. What can I do?

Sometimes, it happens that a client takes time to check the work delivered or they forget to close the order.

📌 Here's what you need to know:

  • If the buyer doesn't take action in the 7-day delay, the order will be automatically confirmed, and you will be paid fully after this delay.
  • You cannot contact them by message because the chat remains blocked as long as the buyer has not validated the order or asked for a revision.
💡 Pro tip: Be patient! If you completed the work that was agreed upon, the order will be validated automatically after 7 days.
