Why have my earnings not reached my bank account?

The transfer time between Hyperwallet and your bank account can vary depending on the bank, and it may take up to 10 days for your earnings to appear in your bank account. If it’s been less than 10 days, please be a little patient, as your money is probably still in transit.

If it has been more than 10 days and the money still hasn't appeared in your account, please contact your bank so that they can check for you. If the bank does not find any irregularities, your money should be with you soon. Otherwise, it’s possible that there was a problem with your transfer and your earnings will be refunded automatically to your Hyperwallet (minus a $€10 handling charge deducted by Hyperwallet). This could take a few days, but don’t worry — your money is safe, and your earnings will be returned to you.
