Why am I getting an "Invalid format" error when entering my IBAN?

In general, the "Invalid format" error message appears when:

• The country you selected when adding your payout method is different from the country in which your bank account is domiciled. Remember to check that the country is the one on your bank details, not your country of residence.
• You entered spaces in the IBAN field. When you enter your IBAN details, you must not include spaces between characters.
