Why am I getting an "Invalid format" error when entering my IBAN?

The “Invalid format” error usually appears for one of two reasons:

Incorrect country selected
The country you selected when adding your withdrawal method doesn’t match the country where your bank account is based.
👉 Make sure to select the exact country listed on your bank details (RIB), not just your country of residence.

Incorrect IBAN format
You entered your IBAN with spaces or special characters.
👉 Your IBAN must be entered without any spaces or symbols.
