What is Error 104?

You may get an "Error 104" message when trying to log in. There are several reasons for this: 

  • You tried entering a password too many times to log in.
  • Hyperwallet may have restricted the IP address you are using to log in for security reasons.

We recommend waiting a few hours before trying to log in again.
