How do I change my username?
When you signed up, you chose a public username, enabling you to log in to your ComeUp account. This username identifies who you are when interacting with other ComeUp members. When you post a service, place an order, make a sale, or leave a review following an order, your username appears next to your profile picture.
If you are a client, your username can be changed as often as you wish, as long your new name follows the naming criteria and is not already being used.
If you are a seller, you will need to have an active ComeUp Plus subscription. You can then change your username as much as you like. Remember, you cannot create more than one seller account. We also recommend you don't change your username too frequently, as your clients may find it hard to identify and keep track of you.
