How do I configure notifications?
On ComeUp, you can customize your notifications to stay informed about everything that matters to you: messages, orders, revisions, announcements, and more. These notifications can appear on the site, be sent by email, or show up as native notifications on your device.
⚙️ Manage your notification preferences
You can configure everything in Settings → Notifications
From there, you can:
- ✅ Enable or disable visual notifications on the site
- ✅ Manage your subscription to certain newsletters
- ❌ Email notifications related to orders and important announcements cannot be disabled. These are essential to keep you informed about your order activity.
💡 Even if you disable visual alerts, all notifications will remain accessible from the "Notifications" panel on the website.
💻 Native notifications (web browser)
On your browser
From the notification panel (bell icon), you can enable native browser notifications.
📥 This lets you receive ComeUp alerts even when you're on other tabs or websites.
❗️ If you're having trouble enabling them:
- Check your browser's notification settings
- Disable any ad blockers on ComeUp (don’t worry, we don’t display ads 😉)
📱 On mobile devices
You can download our web app directly on your phone to activate iOS and Android notifications.
You can receive mobile notifications by installing our web app on your phone:
- Open comeup.com in your mobile browser (Safari only on iOS)
- Click “Add to Home Screen”
- Open the new app icon, log in, and accept notifications when prompted
✅ Once the app is installed, you’ll receive real-time notifications, just like with a native app.
