How do I configure notifications?

On ComeUp, you can use our notifications system to stay up to date on what's happening on the website: new messages, new orders, modifications to an existing order, general information, and so on. These notifications are displayed directly on the website, but can also be paired up with your browser's native notification system. They are also available by email.

Go to the configurations via Settings -> Notifications

You cannot uncheck email notifications for important announcements, orders, or status updates. Whether you're a seller or buyer, you must stay informed of the various stages of your orders and possible courses of action. These emails contain crucial information; we need to be sure that you receive them. 

However, you can uncheck all visual notifications on ComeUp to avoid being disturbed. Notifications will continue to be displayed in your "Notifications" panel, but will no longer be displayed on the website. 


Add the native notification system

On your browser


When you're in the notifications panel, you can allow native notifications at the bottom of the page. This that all ComeUp notifications will be sent via your browser's notification system, and you will receive them even if you are not signed in to ComeUp. 

If you are unable to activate these notifications, please check your browser's configuration and disable your ad blocker on ComeUp (don't worry, we don't display any advertisements). 


On mobile

You can install our web app directly on your phone to activate iOS and Android notifications.

To install the app, you need to log in directly on http://comeup.com with your mobile browser (only Safari for iOS) and add the website to your home screen to create the app. Then, you need to click on it, log in, and activate notifications when asked to do so. That's it!
