How do I withdraw my money from Hyperwallet ?
WITHDRAWALS
Once a referral or order has been completed, we will make your earnings available on your ComeUp wallet. If you want to withdraw them, please submit a withdrawal request that we will forward to Hyperwallet. Hyperwallet handles transactions for more than 230 countries and enables you to withdraw your money using one of the following means:
- Local bank account
- PayPal account
- Payment card
- Prepaid Hyperwallet card
1. Submit a withdrawal request
To send money from ComeUp to your Hyperwallet account, please go to your ComeUp wallet and submit a Hyperwallet withdrawal request. You will not be able to start configuring your Hyperwallet account until you have submitted this request. It is also necessary for your seller level to be confirmed.
2. Activate your Hyperwallet account
After submitting your withdrawal request, you can activate your Hyperwallet account directly. Go to the ComeUp Hyperwallet interface, then click “Activate your account”. You cannot activate it if you haven't submitted a withdrawal request. If you have already done so, this step is no longer necessary.
You can also wait for your withdrawal request to be approved by our team. You will receive an email from Hyperwallet informing you that your funds are available in your account. Likewise, you will need to activate the account to withdraw them.
3. Wait for the funds to be transferred from ComeUp to your Hyperwallet account
ComeUp processes each withdrawal request within 3–5 days. For security reasons, no requests will be approved before these three days have elapsed. Go to your ComeUp wallet to check the status of your transfer ComeUp wallet. Click “See details” for the funds that have been withdrawn. Please note that once we have approved the transfer, it is sent to your Hyperwallet account.

HOW MUCH DOES HYPERWALLET COST?
Hyperwallet charges a commission for each transfer (except withdrawals to a bank card) and it depends on the country and type of account to which you are transferring the funds. Please note that ComeUp does not collect this commission. The sums below can be subject to change and are given for information only:
