What should I do if I receive a negative review ?
Our policy is simple: we will not remove buyer reviews unless they violate laws or contain sensitive information. If not, they cannot be removed unless the buyer specifically asks our customer support team to do so. However, you have the right to respond to each review. Please do so in a calm and considerate manner so that future buyers of your service understand what happened and see that the problem will not necessarily be repeated with them.
Please note that one negative review won't have a disastrous effect on your sales. In fact, we sometimes receive feedback from potential buyers that find it suspicious when a service only has positive reviews. As such, if you respond politely and clearly to a negative review, that's a very reassuring attitude for your future buyers. You can't please everyone.
