How do I change, cancel or receive a refund for a ComeUp Plus plan?

You can change or cancel a ComeUp Plus plan at any time.

+Upgrade plan

Go to the ComeUp Plus page and select the plan you want by clicking “Change plan”.

You will be redirected to a payment interface and asked to set up an automatic monthly payment at the new price. After you pay, the new plan will be active immediately and renewed on the payment date.

😊 Good to know: If you have time remaining in your previous plan before its renewal, we will take it into account in your upgraded plan's payment. You can change plans when you want without losing any money.

﹣Downgrade plan

Go to the ComeUp Plus page and select the plan you want by clicking “Change plan”.

You will be redirected to a payment interface and asked to set up an automatic monthly payment at the new price. After you pay, the new plan will be active immediately and renewed on the payment date.

Keep in mind that changing plans during a trial period will cancel the ongoing trial period.

😊 Good to know: If you have time remaining in your previous plan before its renewal, we will take it into account in your downgraded plan's payment. You can change plans when you want without losing any money.

❌ Cancel a plan

You can request to cancel your ComeUp Plus plan at any time. Go to the ComeUp Plus page and click “Change plan” to select the free plan.

Once you have done so, the automatic payment is canceled, and you will not pay anything else. However, you will keep the perks of your current plan until the next payment date. Once your plan expires, you will lose all your perks.

For example, if you opted for a monthly subscription to the Premium plan and paid for it on April 5, and you request to switch to the free plan on April 20, you will switch to the free plan on May 5 but will not receive any partial refunds.

💲Refunds for plans

When you sign up for a ComeUp Plus plan, you can test it free of charge for 30 days. Once a payment has been processed, we cannot reimburse you for any payments already made.

For example, if you pay for a plan on May 5 that is renewable monthly, you cannot request on May 10 to be refunded for any unused days on a pro-rata basis. If you do not want to pay for any following months, you must request to cancel the plan (see above).

If you delete your account, or if your account is suspended or banned for violating our general terms of use, you cannot request a refund.
