Which elements are not allowed in the texts and images for my services and profile
On ComeUp, you can personalize your profile, services, options, and portfolio using text, images, a profile picture, and even a video.
However, some content is strictly prohibited to ensure clear, fair, and platform-compliant communication.
📝 In your service or profile text
You’re free to describe your work in your listings as long as the information is accurate and verifiable.
The following elements are not allowed:
- ❌ Mentioning seller statistics (e.g., satisfaction rate, number of successful orders, average rating…). These figures change constantly and may become misleading.
âś… However, you may include stable metrics, such as:
- “Over 100 orders completed”
- “More than 50 happy buyers”
- “80+ positive reviews on ComeUp”
- ❌ Mentioning temporary badges like “Top Service” or “Verified Seller”. These statuses can be revoked and shouldn’t be listed as permanent.
- ❌ Adding any external contact details. Including email addresses, phone numbers, personal websites, social media links, Discord/WhatsApp usernames, etc.
🖼️ In your images, profile picture, portfolio, or videos
All visuals you upload must follow the same rules as your text: they must be authentic, relevant to your services, and not misleading.
Here’s what you must not include:
- ❌ A profile photo that does not represent you (if using a personal photo)
- ❌ The “Verified Seller” or “Top Service” badge in any image or video, in any format or color
- ❌ Seller statistics (same as for text)
- ❌ External contact information, even subtly placed within a visual or video
- ❌ Misleading visuals like fake rankings, badges, medals, or trophies that suggest an official endorsement or rating system
